Launched in May 2015, the Leadership Institute provides innovative and hands-on leadership development to existing and new team members across the organisation. The School of Leadership Development offers our people practical opportunities to develop their capabilities and leadership skills, encouraging a commitment to both their personal and professional development.
The School of Analytics & Technology teaches our people how to use data-driven insights to better understand our customers, drive future performance, improve the way we manage our people, and bring new value to our strategic partners.
The School of Great Moments provides guidance to our people (no matter where they are located) on why and how to shift their mindset and ‘business as usual’ behavior towards an obsession with customer experience (CX).
