Launched in May 2015, the Leadership Institute provides innovative and hands-on leadership development to existing and new team members across the organisation. Our goal is to inspire others to spearhead the business’ future ambitions, and to shape and promote a common Majid Al Futtaim culture based on the company’s core values – to be bold, passionate and together.
